About Copperline Health
Copperline Health builds a remote patient monitoring and care coordination platform used by health systems to manage patients with diabetes, hypertension, and heart failure between office visits. Our platform connects to Bluetooth blood pressure cuffs and glucometers, routes flagged readings to a care team dashboard, and today supports care teams monitoring more than 260,000 patients across 40 hospital systems, including three of the largest in New England. Copperline was founded by a former Mass General cardiologist tired of hearing about preventable readmissions after the fact. We sell primarily to hospital systems and accountable care organizations, with contracts signed by VPs of population health and CFOs focused on reducing 30-day readmission penalties. Our Boston office sits two blocks from where the company started as three people and a whiteboard.
