Terms of service
1. The service
Postings Labs, Inc. ("Postings") operates a job listings marketplace at getpostings.com. Job seekers may browse and apply without an account; employer accounts are governed by a separate order form.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, index, or bulk-export listings data except via interfaces we document for that purpose; not to post roles you are not authorized to fill; and not to misrepresent compensation. We may throttle or block automated traffic that degrades the service.
3. Posting windows
Every posting carries an application window selected by the employer (30, 45, or 60 days). When the window ends the posting is marked expired, is removed from search, and no further applications are accepted. Expired postings remain addressable for a period for reference purposes.
4. Disclaimers
Salary information reflects what employers disclose to us and is provided as-is. Postings is not a party to any employment relationship formed through the service.
5. Governing law
Illinois law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois.
