Privacy policy
What we collect
Search queries, filters, and pages viewed (to rank results and measure the product); an anonymous session identifier; application materials you submit to an employer; and your email if you subscribe to The Shortlist.
What we don't do
We do not sell candidate data, build advertising profiles, or share your application with anyone other than the employer you applied to. Telemetry is first-party and stays on our infrastructure.
Cookies
One consent cookie, one session cookie, and — if you accept "all" — a first-party analytics cookie. The cookie banner controls the third one.
Retention
Applications are retained for 24 months, then deleted. Expired postings remain published for reference but stop accepting applications immediately.
