About Solstice Bio

Solstice Bio is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing RNA-targeted therapeutics for rare genetic and metabolic disorders. Our lead program, SOL-204, completed Phase 2 trials in 2025 for a rare liver disorder and showed a statistically significant reduction in the target biomarker across all treated cohorts. The company operates a 140,000 square foot research and manufacturing facility in Cambridge. Founded by researchers spun out of a Boston-area university lab, Solstice Bio has grown to more than 1,100 employees across research, clinical development, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs. The company has raised financing from institutional investors and pharmaceutical partners, and maintains active research collaborations with several academic medical centers. Most open roles require prior experience in pharma, biotech, or a related clinical research setting.
