We are hiring a senior UX researcher to bring evidence into decisions that too often get made on gut feel alone. You'll plan and run both qualitative and quantitative studies, from moderated interviews to large-scale surveys, and translate findings into recommendations product teams can actually act on. Strong storytelling matters here as much as rigorous method, since a beautifully designed study that nobody acts on isn't actually worth much.
What you'll do
- Plan and conduct moderated user interviews and usability studies
- Design and analyze quantitative surveys to validate qualitative findings
- Partner with product and design teams to prioritize the research roadmap
- Synthesize findings into clear, actionable reports and presentations
- Build and maintain a repository of past research for organizational reuse
- Advocate for research-informed decisions in roadmap and design reviews
What we're looking for
- 6+ years conducting UX research in a product or design organization
- Deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience with research tools such as UserTesting, Dovetail, or Qualtrics
- Strong statistical literacy for analyzing survey and behavioral data
- Excellent storytelling skills for presenting findings to leadership
- Ability to manage multiple research projects with competing timelines
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in HCI, psychology, or a related field
- Experience building a research operations practice from scratch
- Background in B2B SaaS research specifically
