We're looking for a senior PM to take ownership of a major product area with real ambiguity and real stakes. You'll set strategy, not just execute someone else's roadmap, and you'll need to influence engineering leads and executives alike. This is a role for someone who's shipped enough to know what good judgment actually looks like under pressure, and who can hold a strong opinion loosely when the data says otherwise.
What you'll do
- Define product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a core product area
- Lead discovery efforts combining customer interviews and quantitative data
- Partner with engineering leads to scope and sequence complex initiatives
- Set and track success metrics, adjusting strategy based on results
- Influence company-wide prioritization discussions with well-reasoned trade-offs
- Mentor junior product managers on craft and stakeholder management
What we're looking for
- 6+ years in product management with increasing scope of ownership
- Demonstrated ability to define strategy, not just execute a backlog
- Strong analytical skills including comfort with SQL and experimentation
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels
- History of shipping complex, cross-team initiatives successfully
Nice to have
- Experience in a platform or infrastructure product area
- Background running A/B tests and interpreting statistical results
- MBA or equivalent experience is a plus but not required
