We need an executive assistant who can manage a busy leader's calendar and inbox with genuine judgment, not just literal instructions. Youll coordinate travel, prep materials for meetings, and generally make sure nothing important slips through the cracks. Discretion matters a lot, since you'll see plenty of things before anyone else does, and you'll need good judgment about what actually needs the executive's attention versus what doesn't.
What you'll do
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements end to end
- Prepare briefing materials and agendas ahead of key meetings
- Triage and manage email correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Handle confidential information with strong discretion and judgment
- Coordinate logistics for offsites, board meetings, and leadership events
What we're looking for
- 4+ years supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- High degree of discretion when handling sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities under time pressure
- Proficiency with calendar and travel management tools
Nice to have
- Experience supporting a C-level executive at a public or venture-backed company
- Familiarity with board meeting logistics and materials prep
- Background managing a small team of admins or coordinators
