We're hiring a product manager to own a slice of our roadmap end to end — talking to customers, writing specs, and working shoulder to shoulder with engineering and design to ship things that matter. You'll need to be comfortable making calls with incomplete information and okay with being wrong sometimes, as long as you learn fast and adjust the plan instead of defending it.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap and prioritization for a defined product area
- Write clear product specs and acceptance criteria for engineering
- Talk to customers regularly to validate problems before building solutions
- Analyze usage data to identify opportunities and measure feature impact
- Run sprint planning and stand-ups alongside engineering and design
- Communicate roadmap updates and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of product management experience in a software company
- Track record of shipping features from idea through launch
- Comfortable working with SQL or analytics tools to inform decisions
- Strong written communication for specs and stakeholder updates
- Experience running discovery conversations directly with customers
- Ability to prioritize ruthlessly under competing demands
Nice to have
- Background in a technical role before moving into product
- Experience with tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment
