We're hiring an operations manager to keep the day-to-day machinery of the business running smoothly. You'll own cross-functional processes, fix the ones that are broken, and be the person people go to when something falls between the cracks of two departments. Generalist energy required, along with a genuine love of getting organized and a healthy tolerance for being pulled into five unrelated things before lunch.
What you'll do
- Identify and fix inefficient cross-functional processes across teams
- Own vendor relationships and contract management for operational tools
- Build and maintain internal documentation for key operating procedures
- Support budget tracking and expense management for operations functions
- Coordinate company-wide initiatives that touch multiple departments
- Manage operational metrics and report on progress to leadership
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in operations, business operations, or a similar generalist role
- Strong project management and process improvement skills
- Comfortable working across finance, HR, and other functional areas
- Excellent organizational skills and follow-through on details
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
- Clear communicator able to drive alignment across teams
Nice to have
- Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
- Background with tools like Notion or Asana for process documentation
- Prior experience in management consulting or a similar analytical role
