We need a supply chain analyst to keep inventory and logistics data accurate and to spot problems before they become stockouts or overstock. You'll build forecasting models, work with vendors on lead times, and dig into the data when something in the supply chain doesn't add up. Analytical mindset with genuine operational curiosity, and enough comfort with ambiguity to make a good call even when a shipment is stuck somewhere with no clear answer.
What you'll do
- Build demand forecasting models to inform inventory planning decisions
- Analyze supplier performance including lead times and fill rates
- Track inventory levels and flag risks of stockouts or overstock
- Support procurement with data-driven purchase order recommendations
- Maintain reporting dashboards for key supply chain metrics
- Partner with logistics providers to resolve shipping and fulfillment issues
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations analytics
- Strong Excel or SQL skills for forecasting and reporting
- Understanding of inventory management and demand planning principles
- Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Comfortable coordinating with external vendors and logistics partners
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite or a similar inventory/ERP platform
- Background in ecommerce or physical goods fulfillment
- Familiarity with statistical forecasting methods
