We're looking for an implementation manager to guide new customers from signed contract to fully live and using the product. You'll manage project timelines, coordinate technical configuration, and be the calm, organized presence customers need during a sometimes-messy onboarding process. Strong project management instincts required, and a good bit of patience for customers who signed the contract three weeks ago and now want everything live yesterday.
What you'll do
- Lead new customer implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Build and manage project plans and timelines with customer stakeholders
- Coordinate technical configuration and data migration with internal teams
- Train customer admins and end users on core product workflows
- Identify and resolve implementation blockers before they delay go-live
- Hand off successfully launched accounts cleanly to the CSM team
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in implementation, onboarding, or project management roles
- Strong project management skills including timeline and risk tracking
- Comfortable coordinating across customer and internal technical teams
- Clear communicator who can manage stakeholder expectations proactively
- Experience with tools like Smartsheet, Asana, or similar
- Detail-oriented with a bias toward keeping projects on schedule
Nice to have
- Experience with data migration or system integration projects
- Background in a technical or platform-heavy SaaS product
- PMP or similar project management certification
